It is quite obvious that the many wrong reviews come from the staff and suddenly it breaks off. The boss really got in the way ... and rightly so!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Lokal, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider wurde mir am Telefon eine Uhr in Aussicht gestellt, für die es nicht mal mehr eine Warteliste gab. Unnötige 400km. Das verstehe ich nicht unter Kundenservice.
Very nice restaurant, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, I was offered a watch on the phone for which there was no longer even a waiting list. Unnecessary 400km. That's not what I mean by customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher war ich zufriedener Kunde bei Schullin. Habe dort 2 Uhren gekauft und die dritte sollte folgen.
Diese wurde mir schriftlich zugesagt am Standort in Velden von der damaligen Verkäuferin Frau Christiane.
Dies ist nun 18 Monate her und seitdem werde ich hingehalten und immer wieder vertröstet.
Ich habe mich darauf verlassen dieses Modell dort zu bekommen und bin komplett enttäuscht.
Die Verfügbarkeiten sind auch mir bekannt, das muss nicht immer wieder erwähnt werden.
Aber trotzdem wird es auch bei Schullin ab und zu verfügbare Uhren geben.
Eine versprochene Rückmeldung des Geschäftsführers ist ebenfalls nicht erfolgt.
Sehr sehr schade...
So far I have been a satisfied customer at Schullin. I bought 2 watches there and the third should follow.
This was confirmed to me in writing at the location in Velden by the then saleswoman Ms. Christiane.
That was now 18 months and since then I have been put off and put off again and again.
I relied on getting this model there and I am completely disappointed.
The availabilities are also known to me, it doesn't have to be mentioned again and again.
But nevertheless there will also be watches available from time to time at Schullin.
A promised feedback from the managing director has not been given either.
That's really a pity...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon langjähriger Kunde und habe einige Rolex gekauft. Ich wurde jedes Mal zuvorkommend und höflich betreut. Man hat sich für mich Zeit genommen und ist auf meine Fragen eingegangen. Kann daher die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen.
I've been a long-time customer and have bought some Rolex. I was looked after courteously and politely every time. They took their time for me and answered my questions. So can't understand the negative reviews at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bei meinem Besuch eine spitzen Beratung erhalten, sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter*Innen. Leider war das Ziel der Begierde (Tudor Uhr) nicht verfügbar. Nach kurzer Zeit wurde ich von einer Mitarbeiterin kontaktiert, dass das gewünschte Exemplar jetzt da wäre. Hab mir das gute Stück angesehen und erworben :). In diesem Sinne, vielen Dank und wir sehen uns definitiv wieder.
During my visit, have received a sharp advice, very competent and friendly employees. Unfortunately, the goal of the desire (Tudor Clock) was not available. After a short time I was contacted by an employee that the desired copy would be there now. I looked at the good piece and acquired :). In this sense, thank you and we definitely see each other again.
