Konnte mir bisher in allen Belangen weiterhelfen (Uhrband kürzen, Reparatur etc.). Ging immer flott und trotzdem stimmt die Qualität, das Ambiente ist auch nett. Für die Reparatur meiner Vintage Heuer (60er Jahre) habe ich erfolglos diverse namhafte Uhrengeschäfte in der Herrengasse so wie in Wien abgeklappert. Keiner konnte oder wollte das Ersatzglas auf die Uhr pressen, mir nicht einmal eine Auskunft geben. Im Uhrenfachgeschäft Gerstner wurde das mit Liebe und Sorgfalt gemacht, man hat auch sofort die Wertschätzung für diese alte Uhr gemerkt! Kurz darauf war ich wieder mit einer älteren Swatch Uhr dort, die laut Swatch irreparabel sei, auch diese funktioniert wieder wie neu. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. From now on my first stop! Nobody could or did not want to press the replacement glass on the clock, not even give me an information. In the watch retailer Gerstner this was done with love and care, one has also immediately the appreciation noted for that old clock! Shortly after, I was back with an older Swatch watch, according to Swatch irreparable, this again works like new. The price-performance ratio is top. If I could, I would give 10 stars.

Haben mir meine Automatikuhr die 30 sec Nachgang hatte, in Rekordzeit, und zu einem sehr fairen Preis wieder repariert, bzw. reguliert, und mir die Ursache geschildert. In Zukunft werde ich meine Uhren nur mehr hier reparieren lassen. Very friendly and competent! I repaired or adjusted my automatic watch which was 30 seconds behind, in record time, and at a very fair price, and described the cause to me. In the future I will only have my watches repaired here.
