War gestern zum Testen dort (17.03. 08:30) und beim Rachentest war der Kollege etwas zaghaft, sprich ich fahr mir sogar beim Zähneputzen weiter nach hinten. Das ist ja schön und gut weil's für den Patienten nicht unangenehm ist, mit einem echten Test hat das dann aber wenig zu tun, ist dann wirklich nurmehr stumpfes Geldmachen. Die Apotheke hat in meinen Augen die Pflicht, die Coronatester richtig einzuweisen, mit dem erwähnten Kollegen sollte auf alle Fälle nochmal gesprochen werden. Don't normally write reviews, but that was a cheek. Was there for testing yesterday (March 17th, 8:30 am) and during the throat test my colleague was a little hesitant, in other words I even drive myself further back while brushing my teeth. That is all well and good because it is not uncomfortable for the patient, but it has little to do with a real test, it is really just dull money. In my opinion, the pharmacy has a duty to instruct the corona testers correctly, and the colleague mentioned should definitely be spoken to again.

Yes, it is newly refurbished for efficiency and to accommodate the reality of the ongoing pandemic, but what I mean is that the staff has great expertise and will bend over backwards to meet your needs, and if you have to order stuff it often comes the same day. I have from time to time asked for rather odd things (a horse-sized syringe and needle; a brown pipette bottle: 1 litre of ammonia - I realise that I sound truly strange but it's remarkable what DIY people like me sometimes need). The first time I had an unusual request they thought me a little odd, but now they are used to it and always interested in whatever project I have going. Use your pharmacy for all its worth! I hope Austrian pharmacies never follow in the footsteps of UK and US pharmacies and turn into nothing more than pushers for big pharma.
