Die Terminvergabe ist offensichtlich toll organisiert - bei bis jetzt 3 Besuchen musste ich noch nie länger als 5min warten. Beide Ärztinnen und deren Assistentinnen sind ruhig, freundlich und strahlen im Umgang mit den Tieren eine angenehme Ruhe aus. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Tierärzten hat man hier auch nicht das Gefühl, dass es hauptsächlich darum geht, abzukassieren, sondern es wird einem sehr vernünftig und nachvollziehbar erklärt, welche Behandlung aus aktueller Sicht sinnvoll ist und was man - falls notwendig - erst im nächsten Schritt empfehlen würde, um den Geldbeutel zu schonen und vor allem auch dem Tier nicht mehr Stress als nötig zuzufügen. Veterinary practice in a great location and with a very pleasant atmosphere. Appointments are obviously well organized - with 3 visits so far, I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Both doctors and their assistants are calm, friendly and exude a pleasant calm when dealing with the animals. In contrast to many other veterinarians, you don't have the feeling that it's mainly about cashing in, but it is explained to you in a very reasonable and comprehensible way which treatment is sensible from the current point of view and what - if necessary - only in the next step would recommend in order to save money and, above all, not to cause the animal more stress than necessary.
