c	carolina Reichl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser 4 monate alter welpe wurde nicht richtig geimpft (falscher zeitpunkt, muss laut unserem neuen tierarzt nun ein 3. mal auffrischen) und hat heute 2 große würmer erbrochen, weil wir keine wurmtabletten bekommen haben, obwohl ich danach gefragt hab. Da hieß es, da soll ich noch warten, dabei hätte sie alle 4 wochen eine wurmtablette gebraucht... Innerhalb von einem monat waren wir 3 mal dort, ich hab gesagt, dass es mein ersthund ist und hab mehrmals um diverse auskunft gebeten, was noch geimpft werden muss und was sonst zu beachten ist - ich hab alles permanent nachfragen müssen und dann stimmt die info nicht mal, ich bin sehr enttäuscht... und auch wenn die beiden tierärzte sehr nett sind, gut beraten wurde ich hier leider nicht. Our 4 month old puppy was not vaccinated correctly (wrong time, now needs to be freshened up a third time according to our new vet) and today vomited 2 large worms because we did not receive worm pills, although I asked for them. It said, I should wait, she would have needed a worm pill every 4 weeks ... We were there 3 times within a month, I said that it was my first dog and asked several times for various information about what still has to be vaccinated and what else has to be considered - I had to constantly ask everything and then the info is not even correct, I am very disappointed ... and even if the two vets are very nice, I was unfortunately not given good advice here.

M	Markus Zeven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Tierarztpraxis Kaiserstraße ist seit vielen Jahren mein Stammtierarzt und das aus gutem Grund: Nicht nur ist das leitende Ehepaar der Doktoren äußerst freundlich und sorgsam im Umgang mit den Tieren, sondern auch Menschlichkeit, Empathie und Professionalität werden in dieser Praxis vorbildlich gelebt! Der Gang zum Tierarzt ist für das eigene Tier nie ein angenehmer, aber das Team der Tierarztpraxis Kaiserstrasse schafft es binnen der ersten Minuten, sofort vertrauen zum Vierbeiner aufzubauen und in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre die nötige Behandlungmethode zu wählen/umzusetzen. The veterinary practice in Kaiserstraße has been my regular veterinarian for many years and for good reason: Not only is the leading couple of doctors extremely friendly and careful in dealing with the animals, but humanity, empathy and professionalism are also exemplified in this practice! Going to the vet is never a pleasant one for your own animal, but the team at the Kaiserstrasse veterinary practice manages to immediately build trust in the four-legged friend within the first few minutes and to choose / implement the necessary treatment method in a calm atmosphere.
A	Andrea Eli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch wenn Frau Dr. Koppensteiner durch ihre ruhige Art sehr gut mit den Tieren klar kommt und auch die Sprechstundenhilfe sehr freundlich ist kann ich diese Tierarztpraxis leider nicht empfehlen. Zweimal wurden mir bereits abgelaufene Antibiotika verkauft. Und zum guten Schluss wurde mein Hund mit einem Impfstoff geimpft der ebenfalls bereits abgelaufen war. Um das im Impfpass zu vertuschen wurde mein Hund zudem noch mit einem Impfstoff geimpft der noch nicht fällig und auch nicht mit mir abgesprochen war. Der Aufkleber wurde dann einfach geschickt so über den Aufkleber des abgelaufenen Impfstoffs im Pass geklebt, dass man das Ablaufdatum nicht mehr sah. Dadurch gab es allerdings mit den Daten zur nächsten Impfung Schwierigkeiten, da die Impfstoffe unterdschiedlich lange wirken. So entdeckte ein anderer Tierarzt, dieses unglaublich verantwortungslose Vorgehensweise. Abgelaufene Medikamente und Abgelaufene Impfstoffe an die Tiere zu geben ist in meinen Augen absolut zu verurteilen. Even if Dr. Koppensteiner gets along very well with the animals due to her calm manner and the office hours help is very friendly, I unfortunately cannot recommend this veterinary practice. I have been sold twice expired antibiotics. And finally, my dog was vaccinated with a vaccine that had also expired. In order to cover this up in the vaccination certificate, my dog was also vaccinated with a vaccine that was not yet due and not discussed with me. The sticker was then simply sent over the sticker of the expired vaccine in the passport so that the expiration date could no longer be seen. However, this caused difficulties with the data for the next vaccination, as the vaccines work for different lengths of time. So another vet discovered this incredibly irresponsible practice. Giving the animals out of date medication and expired vaccines is absolutely to be condemned in my opinion.

They also do over the phone consultation with existing patients. Doctor is very good with the animals and very kind to the owners. Explains everything in detail and they speak English.
