M	Michaela Steinhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war leider ziemlich enttäuscht: Bei meinem Hund wurde gar nicht versucht, beim 1. Besuch ein bisschen Vertrauen aufzubauen - stattdessen schlug die Frau Dr. vor, den Hund doch gleich an Mundhygiene zu gewöhnen - doch statt ein bißl Geduld oder Einfühlungsvermögen wurde meine Kleine quasi "überrumpelt", und wir mußten sie zu dritt halten, weil sie sich so gewehrt hat ... Jedenfalls hatte sie dann beim 2. Besuch so viel Angst, daß sie mir fast davongelaufen wäre (das hat sie vorher noch nie gemacht)! Inwiefern die Preise "normal" sind, weiß ich nicht (Borreliose: €48,-; Sechser-Kombi gegen Tollwut,Staupe, Hundeseuche,... €84,-). Ich hätte mich auf jeden Fall besser aufgehoben gefühlt (und meine Franzi sicher auch), wenn sie sich ein bißchen mehr Zeit genommen hätten und auf das Tier besser eingegangen wären - rein fachlich sind ja alle kompetent. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed: no attempt was made to build up a little trust in my dog during the first visit - instead, Dr. planned to get the dog used to oral hygiene right away - but instead of a little patience or empathy, my little one was more or less "taken by surprise", and the three of us had to hold her because she resisted so ... Visiting so scared that she almost ran away from me (she has never done that before)! I don't know to what extent the prices are "normal" (Lyme disease: € 48, -; six-person combination against rabies, distemper, dog disease, ... € 84, -). In any case, I would have felt better cared for (and my Franzi too) if they had taken a little more time and cared about the animal better - from a purely technical point of view, everyone is competent.
