N	Natascha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Hund hat sich die Kralle halb abgerissen. Ich hätte bei meinem bisherigen Tierarzt erst am nächsten Tag einen Termin bekommen. Dann hab ichs bei Dr Lackner versucht, weil ich im Notdienst auch schon einmal bei ihr war und von ihrer Art ganz begeistert gewesen bin. Die Assistentin am Telefon war wahnsinnig nett und wir durften sofort kommen. Die tolle Stimmung im Team ist spürbar und man wird gleich familiär aufgenommen. Danke noch einmal dem ganzen Team! Es war "nur" eine Kralle, aber für meine Drama Queen war es sehr viel mehr ?? My dog has half torn off its claw. I would not have had an appointment with my previous vet until the next day. Then I tried Dr Lackner's because I've been to her on the emergency service and was really impressed by her manner. The assistant on the phone was incredibly nice and we were allowed to come straight away. The great atmosphere in the team is palpable and you are immediately welcomed into the family. Thanks again to the whole team! It was "only" a claw, but for my Drama Queen it was much more ??

Auch die Tierärztin Frau Dr. Lackner war sehr nett, sie ist sehr liebevoll mit meinem Hund umgegangen, auch habe ich mich sehr ernst genommen gefühlt. Was there with my dog for the first time today and I have to say I am thrilled. All very nice and friendly. The veterinarian Dr. Lackner was very nice, she treated my dog very lovingly, and I also felt that I was taken very seriously.
S	Stefan Rath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste Tierarztpraxis in ganz Vorarlberg! Sehr kompetent im Umgang mit unseren "wilden Bestien", viel Einfühlungsvermögen. Bei anderen Tierärzten waren unsere Bengalen eingeschüchtert und teilweise traumatisiert. Den einzigen Stress, den unsere Katzen jetzt noch haben, ist die Autofahrt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Fünf Sterne sind einfach zu wenig! Best veterinary practice in all of Vorarlberg! Very competent in dealing with our "wild beasts", a lot of empathy. At other veterinarians, our Bengals were intimidated and sometimes traumatized. The only stress that our cats still have is driving. Thanks to the whole team! Five stars are just not enough!

Ohne Termin war die Wartezeit nicht länger als bei andere Tierarztpraxis mit Termin. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Very knowledgeable, great advice! You can see that the staff has a heart for animals. Without an appointment, the waiting time was no longer than at other veterinary practices with an appointment. I'm very satisfied.
