★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Netz bin ich auf die Firma Feuerstein gestoßen da sie der einzige Vertriebspartner in VLBG sind, die die Beschläge an meiner Schiebetür im Programm haben. Nach mehreren Telefonaten und Emails mit Fotos was ich erwarte (Schiebetür richtig einstellen) habe ich den Auftrag bestätigt. Der Anfahrtsweg von Nüziders nach Alberschwende habe ich dafür in Kauf genommen. Der Monteur wusste bei Ankunft nicht was Ihn erwartet. Er war zwar nett konnte aber nicht wirklich helfen. Da frag ich mich warum kommuniziere ich vorab alles genau und dann können sie das Problem nicht lösen? Bezüglich Abrechnung: Der Monteur hat mich angerufen als er mit der vorigen Baustelle in Bregenz fertig war. 20 Minnten später war er bei mir. Fahrzeit laut Rechnung natürlich von Nüziders hin und retour je 45 Minuten. Darauf hin habe ich mich bei der Firma Feuerstein telefonisch gemeldet. Der Chef war nicht erreichbar, auf den Rückruf warte ich noch heute.
I came across the Feuerstein company online because they are the only sales partner in VLBG who have the fittings for my sliding door in their range. After several phone calls and emails with photos, what I expect (adjust the sliding door correctly), I have confirmed the order. I accepted the journey from Nüziders to Alberschwende. The fitter did not know what to expect when he arrived. He was nice but couldn't really help. I ask myself why do I communicate everything exactly in advance and then you cannot solve the problem? Regarding billing: The fitter called me when he was finished with the previous construction site in Bregenz. 20 minutes later he was with me. According to the invoice, travel time from Nüziders there and back is 45 minutes each. I then called the Feuerstein company. The boss could not be reached, I'm still waiting for the call back today.
