Leider aber sehr unflexibel, was Besichtigungszeiten sowie Terminvergabe betrifft. Zudem scheint es dem Unternehmen nicht wichtig zu sein, welche Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen zahlende Kunden mitsich bringen. Das Prinzip, wonach der Kunde König wäre und der Dienstleister entsprechendes Entgegenkommen zeigt, wird nicht gelebt. Im Vergleich mit vielen anderen Anbietern und kundenorientierten Dienstleistern, versagt dieses Unternehmen.
