★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetent, unkompliziert, fairer Preis! Ich bin kurzfristig etwas unter Druck gekommen, weil ein anderer Copyshop mir erklärte, daß mein als PDF vorbereiteter Ausdruck nicht lesbar wäre (???), hier hat alles tip-top geklappt.
In ausgezeichneter Qualität gedruckt - Geburtstagsüberraschung gerettet :-)
Competent, uncomplicated, fair price! I was under a bit of pressure at short notice because another copy shop explained to me that my printout prepared as a PDF would not be readable (???), everything went perfectly here.
Printed in excellent quality - birthday surprise saved :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Völlig inkompetent. Normale Kochschürze nicht bedruckbar da der "Fachmann" das Material nicht fühlen kann! Und ich solle doch bitte vorher die nagelneu gekaufte Schürze Waschen da sonst die Aufschrift nicht halten würde. Ging dann noch am selben Tag zu einem anderen Copyshop und siehe da....alles Problemlos geklappt. (Hält sogar noch nach mehrfachen Waschen wie am ersten Tag)
Completely incompetent. Normal cooking apron cannot be printed because the "specialist" cannot feel the material! And I should please wash the brand-new apron beforehand, otherwise the label would not hold. Then I went to another copy shop on the same day and lo and behold .... everything went smoothly. (Lasts even after repeated washing as on the first day)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für Spaß-Sachen vielleicht ok, aber nicht, wenn es um Details geht. Visitenkarten wurden zwar schnell gedruckt, der Schnitt war aber so schlimm und verschieden, dass man eigentlich alle wegschmeißen konnte.
Komischerweise schien das Problem mit der Schnittmaschine eh bekannt gewesen zu sein (ein paar wurden auf Reklamation hin von Hand nachgeschnitten - auch nicht besser). Für mich also unverständlich, wieso nicht die Schnittmaschine ersetzt bzw. darauf hingewiesen und solche Aufträge vorerst nicht angenommen werden.
Eine Bekannte hatte dasselbe Thema - alles weggeschmissen, nachdem zu Hause näher hingeschaut wurde.
Maybe ok for fun stuff, but not when it comes to details. Business cards were printed quickly, but the cut was so bad and different that you could actually throw them all away.
Strangely, the problem with the cutting machine seemed to have been known anyway (a few were cut by hand in response to a complaint - not better either). So I don't understand why the cutting machine is not replaced or pointed out and why such orders are not accepted for the time being.
An acquaintance had the same topic - throwing everything away after looking closer at home.
