★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel pool closed for children without mentioning it at reservation! Wasted 200 additional km to get here from our route, paid more and ended up not being able to use hotel facilities. Very bad customer experience.

Ok, Austria is not cheap destination but if you call yourself Thermenhotel then I would expect access to thermal pools to be included in the room price. Limited selection of a la carte food in hotel restaurant is also problematic. From the other hand the place is modern, well equipped, rooms are spacious, serves good breakfasts, its location is very quiet, has own access to thermal pools complex so the weather is not an issue, the staff is very friendly and competent. Overall very nice place but not a bargain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok for a couple of nights. In bad need of a refurbishment. In the rooms there are radiators which makes it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. The carpet are very old and so it's the hotel in general. The kids room is messy and not very clean.
Food is fine but once again the restaurant area and buffet look rather tired. You can rent the bikes for free which is great because they have kids bikes too. Wellness area is nice but only children older than 15 are allowed. Everything is in German only so you ll struggle if like us don't speak any
