Been booked 2 adults ,1 child (8 y ) £376 ,half board for 2 days !!!Thermal spa was offered with discounted price ,which is mean 1 euro cheaper as a normal price .It is a joke!!! So if you ad all together ,2 days can cost for a family of 3 around 600-700 euros at least! Staff ,is just doesn't care anything! We went for a dinner ,waiter was just walk away ,did not say a hi ,or Good evening ,same thing happened in the morning!Food was just ok to not the starve yourself ! Saturday evening 9 pm ,all bar ,and restaurant closed. Reception gave just a few information about what you could do in this area . We had a feeling of ,here is nobody really care what the guess like to enjoy ,and might come back in the future. Horrible horrible place !! We never will come back ,and pls don't waste money also!! I still could write a lots of thing! Avoid this area!

J	Juraj Michálek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly peronal. Really kinder friendly hotel whith nice playground. You can go direcly from hotel to therme through hall, so there is no need to carry coats or outdoor boots. Very practical.
c	cristian hadar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cut ouri stay short at this hotel 2 nights instead of 3 due to several reasons. First what we liked: lots of children amenities and animals that could be fed. What we disliked: rooms are outed and very important, without air conditioning, so if you don't like sleeping into a sauna avoid at all costs during summer time; food is at most average, lots of food and rather diverse but generally really cheap stuff, and hardly anything from the cooked food felt fresh; personnel both in restaurant and reception area not extremely friendly. All in all a very expensive stay, almost EUR 600 for a family of 4 with one day entrance to the Sonnentherme, which by the day would have been only a few euros more expensive had we not stayed in the hotel.
T	Tobias D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a room for three persons (no kids, 3 adults). The room was very big and clean. We had a big bathroom with a separated toilet. We "only" had breakfast which was delicious. There was food for every taste and if something was gone the waiters refilled it instantly. The hotel is specialist on families with kids but of course you can stay there without kids and will enjoy it.
