I	IneS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht ? Meine Freundin schenkte mir 2 Flaschen von dem Duschgel-Schaum. Die sind komplett voll, nur leider kommt nicht raus - gar nicht! Da wollte ich sie umtauschen. Die erste Kassiererin sagte ja, kein Problem, dann kam einen andere hinzu, die meinte das das Design schon zu alt sei - die tauscht sie nicht um. Sie sagte das es die vermutlich nicht einmal mehr im Outlet gibt ?. Wenn ich das nicht verstehen würde, dann kann sie mir auch nicht helfen! NIE wieder! Kundenorientierung sieht man ganz anders aus. Soll ich jetzt meine Freundin fragen, wann und wo sie es gekauft hat, weil nichts raus kommt? Dabei bin ich früher so gerne dort einkaufen gegangen… Very disappointed ? My friend gave me 2 bottles of the shower gel foam. They are completely full, but unfortunately it doesn't come out - not at all! So I wanted to exchange them. The first cashier said yes, no problem, then another came along who said that the design was already too old - she won't exchange her. She said that they probably don't even exist in the outlet anymore ?. If I didn't understand that, then she can't help me either! Never again! Customer orientation looks completely different. Should I now ask my girlfriend when and where she bought it because nothing comes out? I used to love going shopping there ...

Da ich eine bedarfsorientierte Einkäuferin bin (kaufe nur das was ich brauche) bin ich mit den Zusatzangeboten an der Kassa ein bisschen überfordert. Aber das ist ein persönliches Empfinden und deswegen kein Punktabzug. Bleibt weiterhin so freundlich ?? The shop has a very pleasant atmosphere and the shop assistants are very friendly. Since I am a needs-oriented buyer (only buy what I need), I am a bit overwhelmed with the additional offers at the cash desk. But that is a personal feeling and therefore no point deduction. Keep on being so friendly ??

Tolle Atmosphäre und aufmerksame freundliche Angestellte ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Den angebotenen Tee genieße ich immer sehr als "Mini-Auszeit" zwischendurch! Prima weiter so! Not only that I love the ritual office products, I also find the store extremely appealing! Great atmosphere and attentive friendly staff without being intrusive! The offered tea I always enjoy very much as a "mini-break" in between! Keep it up!

Da gab es noch eine Probe dazu und die Papiertüten wurden einparfümiert...das macht es auch mit aus gegenüber anderer Parfümerien I love the products. But for the business I have to say that customer care was not as good as in my local shop in Plauen. There was also a sample and the paper bags were perfumed ... that also makes it a difference to other perfumeries
