Von der Anmeldung über die Terminvergabe und die dazugehörige Erinnerungsmail, dass ich den Dämpfer rechtzeitig abschicken muss, bis hin zur transparenten Abrechnung und der Rücksendung. In der Schachtel habe ich nicht nur ein sehr cooles "The Styrian Flow" Goodie gefunden, sondern eine sehr wertvolle Anleitung, wie man mit einem frisch geservicten Dämpferelent richtig umgeht. Danke für diesen mega Job! Very professional and uncomplicated handling of my Fox damper service. From registering to assigning an appointment and the associated reminder email that I have to send the damper in good time, to transparent billing and the return. In the box I not only found a very cool "The Styrian Flow" goodie, but also very valuable instructions on how to properly handle a freshly serviced damper element. Thanks for this mega job!

Vielen vielen Dank ! Nächster Service definitiv wieder bei Styrian Flow. Edit 11/2021: Nachdem der Kontakt zu Styrian Flow überzeugte, habe ich bei ihnen direkt ein Commencal Meta bestellt. Wenn man zufrieden ist, muss man bleiben, never change a running system Bought a used bike, fork and damper were close to total write-off and were saved at the last second, now drives like new again, 1000: 1! S	Schos Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bester Mann wenn es um Fahrräder geht, ich habe meine Öhlins dh Gabel bei styrian Flow gekauft und bin super zufrieden die Gabel wurde auf Wunsch gleich eingestellt auf ein grundsetup mit dem man gleich anfangen kann, alles unkompliziert und egal bei welchen Fragen hilft styrian Flow sofort weiter. Meine Gabel und Dämpfer gebe ich nur noch dorthin zum Service ???? Best man when it comes to bicycles, I bought my Öhlins dh fork from Styrian Flow and I am super satisfied, the fork was adjusted to a basic setup on request, which you can start with right away, everything is uncomplicated and no matter what questions Styrian Flow helps immediately further. I only give my fork and damper there for service ????
