Leider war das Modell zu groß und meine Frage ob vielleicht noch kleinere vorhanden sind wurde mit „Muasst hoid schaun ob wöche do san.“ beantwortet. Ok, hab keine kleinere gefunden. Zurück bei der Verkäuferin erwartete mich folgendes: „Do host a Scher, konnst as oschnein, oba schoaf is‘ ned!“ Hilfsbereitschaft gleich null. Competence is zero. I just wanted to buy rubber mats. Unfortunately, the model was too big and my question if maybe even smaller ones were answered with "Muasst hoid schaun wöche do san." Okay, did not find a smaller one. Back at the shop assistant, the following expected me: "Do host a Scher, konnst as oschnein, oba schoaf is' ned!" Helpfulness equal to zero.

Sie haben keine Zeit (und der Ton war nicht Kundengerecht) obwohl in diesem Moment kein anderer Kunde im Geschäft war und ich mit Zulassungsschein und mit allen Daten da stand. Habe sonst gerne regelmäßig gekauft auch höhere Beträge an Geld dort gelassen. Wenn ich dann nicht bedient werde wenn ich mal nur ein paar Euro da lasse, dann gehe ich halt ab sofort wo anders hin. Was sent away when I wanted to buy a low beam lamp for the car. You have no time (and the tone was not customizable) although at that moment there was no other customer in the shop and I was there with a registration certificate and all the data. Otherwise I would like to have regularly bought larger amounts of money. If I am not served then if I just leave a few euros there, I will stop somewhere else.

C	Crisu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetente Werkstatt. Außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommender Werkstattleiter. Keine versteckten Kosten wie es leider in vielen anderen Werkstätten ist. Genaue Aufschlüsselung der erforderlichen Arbeiten und der dadurch entstehenden Kosten. Kann nichts negatives zur Filiale und zum Personal benennen. So stellt man sich eine KFZ-Werkstatt vor. Komme auf alle Fälle wieder, mein Vertrauen habt ihr. Very competent workshop. Extremely friendly and courteous workshop manager. No hidden costs as is unfortunately the case in many other workshops. Exact breakdown of the work required and the resulting costs. Can't say anything negative about the branch and the staff. This is how you imagine a car workshop. I will definitely come back, you have my trust.
