2) überhöhte Preise für einfachste Arbeitsleistungen z.B. 5€ für 2 Schrauben die zum festziehen waren ( die Schrauben wurden im Geschäft überteuert gekauft...doppelter Preis)
3) Positiv deswegen 1 Stern innerhalb von 2 Tagen wurden die bestellten Schrauben geliefert
1) does not find / know his tool
2) inflated prices for the simplest work e.g. 5 € for 2 screws that were to be tightened (the screws were bought in the shop overpriced ... double price)
3) Positive therefore 1 star within 2 days the ordered screws were delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Bedienung bzw. Mitarbeiterin der Firma! Schon am Telefon sehr freundliche Auskunft bekommen, was sich dann im kurz darauf folgenden Verkaufsgespräch fortgesetzt hat! Und ja, das Geschäft liegt weit oben! Also sich ruhig trauen und dem Navi oder noch besser der Beschilderung folgen! Es lohnt sich! ?
Very friendly service or employee of the company! Get very friendly information on the phone, which then continued in the sales talk that followed shortly afterwards! And yes, the business is way up! So don't be afraid and follow the navigation system or, even better, the signs! It is worth it! ?
