★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location close to the inner city, which is in walking distance. The rooms are nice and well equipped. Nice and modern bathrooms. So why not 5 stars? the bar closed very early on Thursday evening. It was not possible to even order a beer. Also, there were massive construction works close to the hotel. It was really noisy. And no one told us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Close to the city center and most of the sights. In walking distance a lot of cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly , the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only thing is that the windows are old and due to this the front rooms are a bit noisy. However, the place is a great option if you plan to visit Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this hotel for 12 days, crossed my birthday, Christmas and New year eve. It was snowing and very beautiful of course, but very cold too. So, after I told the staff, I saw a kettle in my room. And after a couple of days, they offered me a nicer room with a better window view. I told them I don't need it. I was out all the time. The staff helped me to book three train tickets and 4 concert tickets. And help me to find a Vienna boy choir. It was the best service I have ever had and I travel more than 70 countries and tones hotel. They found the ski trip I was going to only could stay maybe 2 hours, so they helped me to find another one I could stay longer. They don't ask for any tip, they don't sell any ticket or trip, they help me just for no extra money. The last morning, I told them I could not have this nice breakfast anymore, because my flight is 5 am. So, they brought me breakfast to my room and no extra fee. They asked me what I need for breakfast. Then I had it at 3 am. Thank you. You are the best. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was closed due to lockdown and refused to give me a refund. They could not honour my booking as they were closed. They offered to move the dates but I explained I was unable to come next year. They still refused to give me a refund and kept over £300 from my booking. They have options on booking.com for free cancellation but said my booking was nonrefundable and that was the end of it. Disgraceful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel in very good location near the main sights of Vienna&metro station. Very good room, nice mattresses, covers& pillows, also offering many services. Above all the personnel was fantastic. Kristina and Alexandra at the reception were the best receptionists I have met in any hotel. Very communicative, always in good mood, available always to help and provide the best service having the best expertise in their job. The same for Morris at the bar and with a very good breakfast too. Really recommended hotel
