★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a spontaneous session and Laura the head coach there was just so very accommodating and full of energy. The atmosphere was incredibly positive.
The place was super hygenic! And I love the open-ness.. Check out her new HIIT + Yoga. Great idea for friends and dates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of workouts ranging from intense HIIT sessions, to deep yoga sessions, to guided stretching sessions, to dynamic yoga and so on. A variety of instructors as well, each of them being smiling, positive, motivating and knowledgeable. A very welcoming atmosphere in the studio, small, very clean with a lovely garden. Couldn't be more recommended!
