Hier wird ganz viel wert auf Details gelegt, ich war echt überrascht wie man auch kleine Bewegungen so sehr spüren kann . Ich fühle mich immer total gestärkt nach der Stunde und merke auch am nächsten Tag, dass ich was gemacht habe.
Really great Pilates classes and different from the Pilates I've done before. A lot of attention is paid to details here, I was really surprised how you can feel small movements so much. I always feel completely strengthened after the lesson and also notice the next day that I've done something.
