Will man keine Tests durchführen? Personal relativ unfreundlich, keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Handy oder Testutensilien. Fazit: Wenn das ein Privatanbieter wäre, unverzügliche Insolvenz... Wrong address, no signs, hidden in a gritty parking lot behind parked cars - so difficult to find. Don't you want to do tests? Staff relatively unfriendly, no storage space for cell phones or test utensils. Conclusion: If that were a private provider, immediate bankruptcy ...
T	Tatjana B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde 0 Sterne geben. Echt eine Frechheit. Die Tests sind eh nur 48 Stunden gültig und dann brauchen die dort über 24 Stunden bis die Ergebnisse da sind!! Kann es ja nicht sein echt. Nie wieder würde ich nicht empfehlen! I would give 0 stars. Really a cheek. The tests are only valid for 48 hours anyway and then they need over 24 hours until the results are there !! It can't be real. I would never recommend it again!
D	Dr. Rotfux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samstag 8.1. abends: ca 200(!!!) Leute in der Kälte angestanden, es ging absolut nichts weiter. Es gab genau EiNEN Ordner, keine Beschilderung, nichts. Wir hatten eine Termin ausgemacht und es war nirgendwo ersichtlich ob es dafür eine eigene Warteschlange gibt. Haben wir dann rausgefunden, dass es schon eine gibt. Auch hier noch lange gewartet. Möchte gar nicht wissen wie lange Stunden?! die am Ende der Schlange ohne Termin noch angestanden sind. So eine grottenschlechte Organisation habe ich noch nie gesehen! Volle Frechheit eigentlich. Habe mein Ergebnis noch nicht und bin gespannt wie lange es dauern wird. Kann jedem nur dringend von dieser Teststation abraten! Saturday 8.1. in the evening: about 200 (!!!) people lined up in the cold, absolutely nothing went on. There was exactly ONE folder, no signage, nothing. We had made an appointment and it was nowhere to be seen whether there was a separate queue for it. Then did we find out that there is already one. Waited a long time here too. I don't even want to know how long hours ?! who are still standing at the end of the queue without an appointment. I've never seen such a terrible organization! Total cheek actually. I haven't got my result yet and I'm curious how long it will take. Can only urgently advise everyone against this test station!

Ich hatte einen Termin und ging zu dem Schild "mit Termin" Daraufhin pfiff mich der Security Mitarbeiter zurück und erklärte mir das eh nix los ist und ich mich gefälligst hinter den anderen die keinen Termin haben anstellen soll. Auf meine Frage warum dann ein Extra Schild mit Termin da steht bekam ich folgende Antwort : geh zu einer anderen Teststrasse!! Ich erklärte dem Herrn Wichtig das ich hier wohne und ich leider trotz 3fach Impfung testen gehen muss da ich im Behindertenbereich arbeite. Darauf seine Antwort : dort ghearst eh hi !!... Geht's noch? Was für primitive Personen dürfen als security arbeiten? Unfriendly and incompetent security staff at the entrance. I had an appointment and walked up to the "by appointment" sign The security staff then whistled me back and explained to me that nothing was going on anyway and that I should kindly get in line behind the others who didn't have an appointment. When I asked why there was an extra sign with an appointment, I got the following answer: go to another test street! I explained to the gentleman that it was important that I live here and that I unfortunately had to go for a test despite having had three vaccinations because I work in the disabled sector. His answer to that: there ghearst eh hi !!... Is it still possible? What primitive people are allowed to work as security?
M	Melanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teststraße fast direkt an der U6. Gehweg von vl. 2 Minuten. Je nachdem, wann man kommt, kommt man schnell dran. Manchmal längere Schlangen, aber bisher habe ich nie länger als 10 Minuten gewartet. Personal nett, macht ihren Job. Bei Fragen geben sie gerne Antwort, wenn man unabsichtlich die Lösung ausspuckt (ist mir passiert) bekommt man eine neue Lösung ohne Probleme. Test war innerhalb von 12h da. Teststraße wurde mittlerweile auch asphaltiert, dafür nochmal ein + Punkt. Kann mich den Beschwerden der Vorgänger nicht anschließen (vor allem Themen wie "Test kommt nicht" auf die Teststraße selbst zu schieben ist unverschämt, da das nichts mit der Teststraße zu tun hat, sondern mit dem Labor). Ich gehe hier weiterhin regelmäßig testen. Nur bei der Adresse gebe ich einem Vorgänger recht und Beschriftung kann man machen. Die Änderung der Adresse selbst lässt wohl Google nicht zu (habe versucht, es auf Erlaaer Schleife 2, 1230 Wien zu ändern, weil das noch hinkommt. Das kann jeder machen, aber Google ändert es nicht). Trotzdem hier die Teststraße selbst negativ zu bewerten statt die Stadt Wien zu kontaktieren ist absurd. Test road almost directly on the U6. Walk of 2 minutes. Depending on when you come, you can get there quickly. Sometimes longer queues, but so far I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Staff nice, does their job. They are happy to answer any questions, if you accidentally spit out the solution (it happened to me) you get a new solution without any problems. The test was there within 12 hours. Test road has meanwhile also been paved, for another + point. I cannot agree with the complaints of the predecessor (especially to push topics like "test does not come" to the test street itself is outrageous, since it has nothing to do with the test street, but with the laboratory). I continue to test here regularly. I only agree with a predecessor when it comes to the address and labeling can be done. The change of the address itself probably does not allow Google (I tried to change it to Erlaaer Runde 2, 1230 Vienna, because it is still possible. Anyone can do that, but Google does not change it). Nevertheless, to rate the test road itself negatively instead of contacting the city of Vienna is absurd.
B	Bettina Haas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorweg eines bis jetzt war diese Testrasse ,bis auf die Wartezeiten in Ordnung ABER : Wenn es ginge würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben ... 1. Wartezeit mit Termin min. 45min egal ob Sie Sonntag früh, Mittag nachmittags oder Abends diese Teststrasse besuchen . 2. Man wird bereits von einem Mitarbeiter der Firma Securitas nach seinen Daten gefragt ,ich denke nicht das diese ihn etwas angehen. Ein einfaches ja ich habe einen Termin sollte meiner Meinung nach reichen ,alleine aus Datenschutz gründen ,geht diesem Menschen weder mein Name noch sonstige Daten was an. 3. Unfreundlichkeit und Unverständnis von Mitarbeiter "Samariterbund Jacke" vorm Container .... mein Mann muss 1/2 min durchgehend Gurgel... als ich ihm ruhig erklärte das er das nach seinem Schlaganfall ( der erst ein halbes Jahr her ist) nicht könne, und dies nie ein Problem gewesen sei , das er kurz Gurgelt und danach die restliche Zeit die Flüssigkeit in seinem Mund hin und her spühle. Wurde uns erklärt das der Test ungültig sei . Und mein Mann diese ihm ohnehin schwierige Prozedur nochmals machen müsse. Mein Fazit .... wenn Sie gerne lange in der Kälte stehen, ihr Daten einem nicht Autorisierten Menschen weitergeben möchten , um dann auch noch schikaniert zu werden ...Besuchen Sie die Test Straße Alt Erlaa First of all, until now, this test breed was fine, except for the waiting times BUT : I would give 0 stars if I could... 1.
