M	Michallis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedes mal muss ich hier für Pakete eine halbe Stunde anstehen. Diesmal ist mein Paket irgendwie verschwunden und die Post muss mein Paket erst suchen. Und wieso ich meine Pakete nicht in der SB Zone abholen kann, ist mir sowieso ein Rätsel Every time I have to queue up here for parcels for half an hour. J	Jenny N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da es ein System gibt, bei dem man eine Nummer ziehen muss um zum Schalter zu gelangen:40 min Wartezeit um einen Brief abzuholen, immer noch 6 Leute vor mir, am Schalter geht nichts weiter, und das bei jedem Besuch in dieser Filiale! H	Her Bie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die unfreundlichste Postfiliale Habe ein Paket abgeholt, wurde mit einer unfreundlichen Aufforderung angesprochen: " a untaschrift brauch i" sonst nix. Kein Guten Morgen, kein Bitte, kein Danke, kein Auf Wiedersehen. Das Nummernsystem ist ideal - für die Angestellten dahinter. Da ist immer ein Plauscherl drinnen, bevor der nächste aufgerufen wird. The rudest post office I picked up a package, was addressed with an unfriendly request: "I need a signature" nothing else. No good morning, no please, no thank you, no goodbye. The numbering system is ideal - for the employees behind it. There's always a chat inside before the next one is called.

Neue Einwurfgeräte für Pakete, funktionieren natürlich nicht, oder wissen Sie, welches auf dem Label die Sendungsnummer ist, die man eingeben soll, wenn der Scanner nicht funktioniert? Klarerweise auch weit und breit niemand, den man fragen könnte oder der/die weiterhelfen könnte. Alternative: Nummer ziehen und endlos warten (auch tagsüber, schon erlebt!). Willkommen in der Hölle! Kann man eine Firma eigentlich abwählen? Jedenfalls minus 10000 Sterne für Kundenfreundlichkeit und Bedienbarkeit. Da kannst du dich nur fremdschamen... One star for the branch being open... Of course, new drop-in devices for parcels don't work, or do you know what the tracking number on the label is that you should enter if the scanner doesn't work? T	Torben Kania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade das es nur einen Stern zur Bewertung hier bei Google gibt …… Diese Filiale ist das letzte unfreundliches und unfähiges Personal!!!! Wenn man hier was erledigen möchte muss man viel viel Zeit mitbringen …. Man hat immer ca. 15 - 20 Nummern vor einen und wen man sich dann beschwert heißt es Personalmangel…. Warum schafft es das Managment nicht die Personalbesetzung ordentlich zu händeln. Ja wir haben Corona aber andere Firmen schaffen es auch und die Post Konzern hat ja mehr la einen Mitarbeiter….
E	Elisa Ameisbichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war kurz vor Weihnachten da, um ein Paket abzuholen, das seit 2 Wochen unterwegs war. Habe eine Abstellgenehmigung erteilt, damit ich mein Paket noch rechtzeitig erhalte, sollte ich nicht zuhause sein. War dennoch den gesamten Tag zuhause, laut Mitteilung im Postkasten wurde der Empfänger nicht angetroffen und mein Paket hätte in der SB Zone sein sollen. Laut SB Zone hätt ichs am Schalter abholen sollen und laut Mitarbeitern am Schalter war mein Paket noch in Zustellung. Abstellgenehmigung wurde übersehen oder ignoriert, geläutet wurde auch nicht. Bin dann am nächsten Tag nochmal zum Schalter, hab es praktischerweise gleich mit Erledigungen gekoppelt. Ticket gezogen, anschließend zur Apotheke, Einkaufen zum Interspar und rechtzeitig wieder zurück, als meine Nummer drankam. So vertreibt man sich die endlosen Wartezeiten wenigstens mit sinnvollen Dingen… I was there just before Christmas to pick up a package that had been on the way for 2 weeks. Was at home all day, according to the message in the post box, the recipient was not found and my package should have been in the self-service zone. According to the self-service zone, I should have picked it up at the counter and, according to the employees at the counter, my package was still in delivery. The parking permit was overlooked or ignored, and the bell was not rung either. Then I went back to the counter the next day, conveniently linked it with some errands. Ticket pulled, then to the pharmacy, shopping at Interspar and back in time when my number came up. So you can at least dispel the endless waiting times with useful things ...
