Anstatt mir die Situation zu erklären wurde ich unfreundlich angeschnauzt ich soll zu meinem Hausarzt gehen. Und das nachdem ich Wohnsitz spezifische Informationen im Wartezimmer gefragt wurde. The doctor was extremely unfriendly and I was treated as if I was completely stupid. Instead of explaining the situation to me, I was scolded rude I should go to my GP. And that after I asked for residence specific information in the waiting room.

Bin aber sehr zufrieden mit ihrer Beratung und Kompetenz und habe nie warten müssen. Ich selber brauche selten einen Arzt und daher fehlt mir auch der Vergleich! The Mrs. Darwish has, at least towards me, a somewhat dry manner and that might have something to do with her vita. But I am very satisfied with their advice and competence and have never had to wait. I myself rarely need a doctor and therefore I don't have a comparison!

Auch wurden meine Anliegen sehr genau beurteilt und behandelt, ich hatte niemals den Eindruck, dass es eine Standard Krankenkassen Arzt Untersuchung war! Im Gegenteil Frau Dr. Darwish nimmt sich Zeit für den Patienten! Auch die Dame beim Empfang ist immer sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Die negativen Beurteilungen kann ich nicht verstehen, eventuell liegt es manchmal doch an einem selbst, wenn das Gegenüber unfreundlich erscheint? I have been a patient of Dr. Darwish and have always felt very well looked after and competent! My concerns were also assessed and treated very carefully, I never had the impression that it was a standard health insurance doctor examination! On the contrary, Dr. Darwish takes time for the patient! The lady at the reception is always very helpful and nice! I can not understand the negative assessments, maybe it is sometimes because of yourself if the other person seems unfriendly?
