★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people, they speak english very good, everything was as scheduled, they finished their work two hours earlier, they also inflated my tires and fully charged my car, I had a Tesla S model to visit Graz meanwhile my car was in service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had multiple bad experiences with my Model S 2017 and this service center, but two really stand out. The first was the CPU unit. It was broken because of the failed EMC chip. I had to buy a new MCU, when I asked for my old one back, they charged me extra 450€+tax for it. The "new" MCU was not, new, but used. It stopped working after about 14 days of use. The third one was new and it still works today. The second bad experience was the drive unit failure. When it broke, they had to replace and charge me extra for the rapid splitter cable wich cost me 1200€ with labor and tax. After 16 months the exchanged cable was the main reason for another drive unit failure. The diagnosis of the Tesla service was a defect rapid splitter or bad installment of the rapid splitter that caused a short circuit and burned the cable and the second drive unit. As the drive unit was burned, I had to organise a tow service from my house to the service center. I hoped for a warranty to go trough under the circumstances, but since it was 4 months over 1 year warranty, I had to pay another 1200€.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales staff was super nice and responsive. Answered my emails within an hour and cleared all questions and everything in my order within the day. I tried the same thing in Germany and when I call and with for 15 min on the phone the best they were saying was that someone else will call me. And all I got was an email that didn't resolve anything.
