M	Mario Körbler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Tesla Lounge, freundliche MitarbeiterInnnen. Es gibt zwar nur 4 Ladestationen, ein neuer Supercharger in Lassnitzhöhe hat aber gerade eröffnet. Great Tesla Lounge, friendly staff. There are only 4 charging stations, but a new supercharger in Lassnitzhöhe has just opened.
G	Game Tester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nur 4 Ladestationen. Diese sind meistens alle besetzt, da es in Graz sehr viele Tesla Taxis gibt. Hier müsste dringend auf mindestens 8 Stück aufgerüstet werden. Die Lounge ist super! Unfortunately only 4 charging stations. Most of these are all manned as there are a lot of Tesla taxis in Graz. Here it is urgently necessary to upgrade to at least 8 pieces. The lounge is great!

P	Philipp Baumgartl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Store samt Werkstatt verdienen 5 Sterne. Fahre leicht genervt schon zum 6. Mal hintereinander zu unterschiedlichsten Tageszeiten die Charger an - keine Chance an den wenigen 4 Säulen einen Platz zu ergattern. So macht Emobilität wenig Vergnügen. The store and workshop deserve 5 stars. Already slightly annoyed, drive to the Charger for the 6th time in a row at different times of the day - no chance of getting a place on the few 4 pillars. So emobility is not much fun.

Ausserhalb derselben muss man sich mit den Taxifahrern (die gehören als gewerbliche Nutzer endlich ausgesperrt) um die freien Säulen raufen. UPDATE 11/2021 Aus die Maus: Kein Kaffeautomat, keine Toilette, keine 24 Std Lounge. Im Zuge von Coronamaßnahmen(?) wurde das Service in die frühere Lounge verlegt (wo sich jetzt die Mitarbeiter drängeln müssen) und der 24 Stunden Zugang ist komplett aufgelassen. Von 100 auf NULL. Die Phase des Köderns von Kunden mit Luxusleistungen durch Tesla ist VORBEI. Die Mitarbeiter dort können nichts dafür - dessen bin ich mir bewusst! During business hours, all 4 pillars are usually blocked for (own) operation, which is ok. Outside of the same you have to fight for the free pillars with the taxi drivers (who are finally locked out as commercial users). UPDATE 11/2021 Out of the mouse: No coffee machine, no toilet, no 24 hour lounge. In the course of corona measures (?) The service was relocated to the former lounge (where the employees now have to jostle) and the 24-hour access is completely closed. From 100 to ZERO. The phase of Tesla luring customers with luxury services is OVER. The employees there cannot help it - I am aware of that!
