★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei einem Tesa-Klebebandabroller ist mir vor kurzem die kleine Kunststoffrolle gebrochen, auf der die Klebebänder aufgebracht sind. Nachdem ich vorgestern bei der Firma Tesa in Wien telefonisch angefragt habe, ob man diesen Teil eventuell irgendwo ersatzweise herbekommt, damit man nicht gleich den ganzen Abroller neu kaufen muss, habe ich heute 4 Stück dieser Rolle per Post kostenlos zugeschickt bekommen. Das verstehe ich unter unkompliziertem Kundenservice, schön, dass es so etwas noch gibt. Herzlichen Dank dafür!
 On a Tesa tape dispenser, I recently broke the small plastic roller on which the tapes are attached. After I asked the Tesa company in Vienna by phone the day before yesterday whether they could possibly get this part somewhere as a replacement so that you don't have to buy the whole dispenser from scratch, I received 4 of this roll by post today free of charge. That's what I mean by uncomplicated customer service, nice that something like this still exists. Thank you very much for that!
