Auch ich warte seit fast einem Monat auf eine Rückantwort auf meine Mails, es kommen nur automatisierte Rückmails. Ansonsten hüllt sich das Unternehmen in Schweigen.... die Abrechnung ist intransparent mit unverständlichen Kostenpunkten. Auch auf den angeblich von mir unterschriebenen Vertrag warte ich bis heute...liebsten hätte ich gar keinen Stern vergeben. I obviously have the same issues with this company. I've also been waiting for a reply to my emails for almost a month, there are only automated return emails. Otherwise, the company remains silent... the billing is non-transparent with incomprehensible cost items. I'm still waiting for the contract that I supposedly signed...I would have preferred not to have given any stars.

Then I couldn't get to them to make a new appointment. Three phone calls and over 30 mins on hold each time with no success. Absolutely unacceptable service.

After more than 2 years of living in the apartment and having no sign of them, they finally sent a weird invoice for a very strange time period of 1 year and 4 months!! The invoice is very ambiguous (unlike regular and clear bills from Wien Energie for instance), not clear to read, and brings up lots of questions. The costs seem extreme for my small apartment (70 Euros per month for cold water only!) and for this reason I sent them an email asking for clarification. 8 days and still no response from the email they insist they respond! No- there is no response. I tested it. I am about to switch to another provider as soon as possible.
