Zu Beginn ein Vortrag über den kulturellen Hintergrund, Kochtöpfe, Zutaten, etc; und Tips, worauf man beim Kauf selbiger achten soll. Die Rezepte sind für den Alltag äußerst brauchbar: schnell und einfach umsetzbar, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und ausgewogen an Nährstoffen. Dario und Manu sind ein sehr gutes Team, wunderbare Gastgeber und haben viel traditionelles und praktisches Wissen weiterzugeben. Diesen Kurs kann ich sehr empfehlen und freue mich selber schon auf den nächsten! "Ministre di Pasta" is a very instructive, well-organized course that can be implemented in everyday life. At the beginning a lecture about the cultural background, saucepans, ingredients, etc; and tips on what to look out for when buying them. The recipes are extremely useful for everyday life: quick and easy to implement, something for every taste and balanced in nutrients. Dario and Manu are a very good team, wonderful hosts and have a lot of traditional and practical knowledge to pass on. I can highly recommend this course and I'm looking forward to the next one myself!

Kann mir sehr gut vorstellen in Zukunft andere Kochkurse bei Dario und Manuela zu besuchen, war ein sehr netter Nachmittag und Abend! I recently took the pasta cooking class and loved it! I learned a lot and ate really well ? I can very well imagine attending other cooking classes with Dario and Manuela in the future, it was a very nice afternoon and evening!

Dario und Manuela geben sehr spannende Einblicke in die italienische Küche und helfen die eigenen Kochkünste zu optimieren. Am Ende des Kochabends gibt es dann ein köstliches Essen mit eigenen Kreationen. Kann die Kochabende in der "terre del SUD" jedem empfehlen! A unique (taste) experience. Dario and Manuela give very exciting insights into Italian cuisine and help to optimize your own cooking skills. At the end of the cooking evening there is a delicious meal with your own creations. I can recommend the cooking evenings in the "terre del SUD" to everyone!

Es hat so viel Spaß gemacht gemeinsam zu kochen, was neues zu lernen, mehr über die Geschichte italienischer Küche zu erfahren. Ich hab viel aus dem Kurs mitgenommen und kann es jedem der gerne gut italienisch isst und auch gerne kocht nur empfehlen. We had a wonderful evening with Dario and Manuela. It was so much fun to cook together, to learn something new, to find out more about the history of Italian cuisine. I took a lot with me from the course and can only recommend it to anyone who likes to eat good Italian and also like to cook.

The instructor not only draws you into the history, tradition, and culture of this region (and others in Italy), being a local himself, but also beckons you to exercise the scientific intuition behind the culinary techniques he employs (e.g. drying conditions on pasta properties such as color, texture, rupture strength, rehydration characteristics, sauce retention capacity, etc.). Engaging both brain and brawn, the course culminates in a multi-course dinner: pasta, pasta, and more pasta! I don't know if there is anything more heavenly than the final hour of this course. Whole-heartedly recommended!
