I learned so much about Vienna and it's food traditions and the little tasting tour at the beginning was a surprise treat. Thank you so much for an interesting and fun day. Not only was she very well prepared, telling us about the background of which regions specializes in what, she also took us to a very interesting place to try something very unusual, got us into another place to enjoy some typical delicacies, she then took us to a great marketplace and showed how to make the most amazing food. Julia is full of great humour and definitely lots of patience as we were quite a talkative group. She gave very clear instructions and made it very easy to follow for each of us. The food was very good and we are certainly going to recreate it at home. I fully recommend this class!

She wined and dined us! She first took us on a quick walking tour where we tasted a few traditional drinks and treats while teaching us about the social history of food in Vienna. Then we went back to Bianca's flat for a cozy intimate cooking class with all drinks and food included, and nice gifts to take home including the rest of our incredible strudel! It was a truly unique and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

It was such a lovely morning/afternoon filled with great conversation and delicious foods, some of which we sampled along the way (there were surprises) and some we made ourselves. The group was small and the apartment setting was intimate, which personally made me feel right at home. Julia's knowledge of Viennese culture and cuisine was amazing, and her instructions for the recipes were very easy for each of us to follow regardless of prior culinary skill level. There were also lots of laughs along the way. I absolutely recommend this class to anyone who's interested in doing something a little different in Vienna! You can learn so much and feel relaxed while doing so.
