★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser erster Eindruck als wir das Geschäft betraten hat uns nicht getäuscht.
Der Chef sowie seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr professionell. Auch beim Aufbau der Markise lief alles reibungslos und ruhig ab. Bei der Montage gingen die Monteure sehr vorsichtig vor und haben nach Beendigung der Arbeit wieder alles sauber hinterlassen.
Insgesamt kann man die Firma nur weiterempfehlen.

The boss and his staff were very professional. Even when setting up the awning, everything went smoothly and calmly. The fitters proceeded very carefully during assembly and left everything clean after finishing the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns echt sehr viele Angebote eingeholt. Temel Planen hatte mit Abstand das Beste (sowohl preislich, als auch qualitätiv). Anfrage/Angebot, Maße abnehmen, Bestellung und Lieferung verliefen einwandfrei und erstaunlicherweise sehr schnell. Die Monteure waren sehr pünktlich, schnell, sauber und vorallem freundlich. Sogar bei starkem Regen haben sie keine Pause gemacht, welche zu rechtfertigen gewesen wäre. Was mir vorallem sehr zugesagt hat, ist, dass man von Anfang an sehr gut behandelt wird. Sowohl die Chefs als auch die Monteure haben das nötige Fachwissen, damit man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt.
Kurz gesagt: Wir waren mit dem gesamten Service sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Temel Planen bestellen! Wir würden die Firma jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
We got a lot of offers. Temel Planen had by far the best (both price and quality). Inquiry/offer, taking measurements, ordering and delivery went smoothly and surprisingly very quickly. The fitters were very punctual, quick, clean and above all friendly. Even in heavy rain they didn't take a break that could be justified. What particularly appealed to me is that you are treated very well right from the start. Both the bosses and the fitters have the necessary specialist knowledge to make you feel that you are in good hands.
In short: we were very satisfied with the entire service and would definitely order from Temel Planen again! We would recommend the company at any time!
