Das Montageteam traf super pünktlich bei mir ein und montierte die Markise sehr professionell und bewies einen sehr guten Kundenkontakt. Mit der Markise bin ich sehr zufrieden, es ist alles wie geplant. Ich kann die Firma Hella nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen! Sehr gerne wieder. I have ordered an awning. T	Tarek Ziada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Oktober hat sich der Rollladen nicht mehr bewegt. (kleines Fenster 90x1,20) Im Dezember erst kamen 2Techniker!!!!!!! Motor wurde ausgetauscht. Rollladen funktionierte nicht!!!!! erst dann wurde bemerkt das es an der Stromversorgung lag. Dann externe Überprüfung des neuen Motors. Kabel wurde getrennt und einfach hängen gelassen. Rollladen immer noch nicht funktionstüchtig !!!! Arbeit von vier Stunden und Rechnung von über 660 € erhalten. Firma Hella ist auf keine Fall zu Empfehlen !!!!! Sehr inkompetente Monteure. The roller shutter stopped moving in October. (small window 90x1.20) Only in December came 2 technicians !!!!!!! Engine has been replaced. Roller shutters did not work !!!!! only then was it noticed that it was due to the power supply. Then external inspection of the new engine. Cable was disconnected and just left hanging. Roller shutters still not working !!!! Received work of four hours and invoice of over € 660. Hella is definitely not to be recommended !!!!! Very incompetent fitters.

e	eva zernatto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophal! Auf weißer Wand an weißen Fensternrahmen mit fingerdicken schwarzen Kabeln montiert. Empfehlung des Monteurs, es doch mit weißem Nagellack anzumalen, dann Weigerung die Kabel zu tauschen, weil weiße Kabel angeblich gegen die Ö-Norm sind, was natürlich völliger Blödsinn ist. Nach Austausch blieb ein Rolladen immer wieder stecken. Wir saßen tagelang im Dunklen. Monteur kam insgesamt 4 Mal, und schob es immer auf die Schalter-Installation. Nachdem der Elektrikermeister persönlich da war und bestätigte, dass die Schalter-Installation einwandfrei ist, wurde nach fast zwei Jahren der Motor getauscht. Allerdings wieder mit einem fingerdicken schwarzen Kabel vor der weißen Wand und an den weißen Fensterrahmen versehen. Zwei Jahre Ärger und ein scheußlich ist es auch. Danke Hella! Catastrophic! Als Ausgleich dafür aber sündhaft teuere Preise. Fazit: Lieber bei der Konkurrenz kaufen. Appointments were made twice for the installation of indoor and outdoor blinds, twice the fitter came with the wrong goods and had to move away again. In return, however, sinfully expensive prices. Conclusion: Better to buy from the competition.
F	Felix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installation war in Ordnung aber bestellen Sie diese Firma auf keinen Fall bei Schwierigkeiten mit der Automatik bzw. der Elektronik. Das Geschäftsmodell beläuft sich anscheinend lediglich auf das Verrechnen von Anfahrten, nicht auf eine Reparatur. Somfy, der Hersteller der Elektronik, kam dafür lediglich einmal statt drei mal für zwei Stunden vorbei und konnte binnen kürzester Zeit alles beheben wogegen Hella sogar meinte, dass die Jalousien selbst nicht geeignet seien - ganz richtig, die Firma, die das Produkt selbst verbaut hatte. Installation was fine, but don't order this company if you have problems with the automation or electronics. The business model apparently only amounts to charging journeys, not to repairs. Somfy, the manufacturer of the electronics, only came by once instead of three times for two hours and was able to fix everything within a very short time, whereas Hella even said that the blinds themselves were not suitable - that's right, the company that had installed the product itself .

Schaffen es seit 4 monaten, weder einen Termin zur Nachlieferung auszumachen, noch Stellung zu nehmen uns zu erklären was das problem ist. Termin heute hat auch keiner wahrgenommen und das Büro ist natürlich am Freitag nicht besetzt. Never experienced anything unprofessional. For the last 4 months we have managed to neither make an appointment for subsequent delivery nor take a position to explain to us what the problem is. Nobody kept the appointment today and of course the office is not manned on Friday.
