Dafür ist der Chef (Sehr Flexibel und Fleißig) persönlich und seine Mitarbeiter auf das beste vorbereitet und Eingespielt... Is highly recommended. There is almost nothing that cannot be solved and implemented digitally, reproducing, printing, editing and projecting. But the boss (very flexible and hardworking) is personal and his employees prepared for the best and well-rehearsed ...

Auf Mails wird mal prinzipiell nicht geantwortet und Liefertermine werden nicht eingehalten!! Wir haben also einen neuen Abholtermin vereinbart und ich habe mehrmals betont, dass es sich um meine Hochzeitspapeterie handelt und ich sie bis spätestens zum vereinbarten Termin brauche und abholen komme. Als ich dann hinkam, war NICHTS auch nur vorbereitet. Er ging nach hinten und fing mit dem Druck an. Hatte null Überblick, kam ständig mit falschen Dingen, fragte nach & & &. Wozu ich einen Auftrag erteilt und einen Abholtermin vereinbart hatte, fragte ich mich wirklich. Nachdem nach 20 Minuten (!) immer noch nicht alles korrekt war, hab ich einen Aufstand gemacht. Schlechteste Druckerei ever!! Unfortunately you can't give zero stars, otherwise I would do that. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN, would I have anything printed there! E-mails are generally not replied to and delivery dates are not met! So we have agreed on a new collection date and I have emphasized several times that this is my wedding stationery and that I need it and come to pick it up by the agreed date at the latest. When I got there, NOTHING was even prepared. He went back and started printing. Had no overview, kept coming up with the wrong things, asked for & & &. I really wondered why I had placed an order and agreed a pick-up date. After 20 minutes (!) Everything was still not correct, I rioted. Worst printing company ever !!

Wollte eigentlich nur die Rücksendung für Amazon ausdrucken und wurde direkt vom Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen, dass sie dort auch die Rücksendung entgegennehmen. Bin dort sicher 3-4 mal im Monat und immer sehr zufrieden. Danke! Very courteous service! Actually only wanted to print out the return for Amazon and was informed directly by the employee that they would also receive the return there. I'm there for sure 3-4 times a month and always very satisfied. Thank you!
