Bestellung an diesem Tag) und nach 25 Minuten von zwei bestellten Getränken eines falsch ist, und nach der Beanstandung weitere 10 Minuten vergehen ohne dass man die bestellten Getränk bekommen hat ist nur ein Stern möglich. (Das war noch vor der Umstellung auf eure Piepserl). Mehr als 35 Minuten Wartezeit, bis man zwei Eistee bekommt, obwohl man an diesen Tag als 2. bestellt hat! If you have order number 2 at 11:32 a.m. (= 2nd order on this day) and after 25 minutes of two ordered drinks one is wrong, and after the complaint another 10 minutes pass without you having received the ordered drink one star possible. (That was before the switch to your beeper). More than 35 minutes of waiting until you get two iced teas, even though you ordered 2nd on that day!

Jänner geöffnet weil ich würde gerne mit einer freundin von mir hin gehen bin mir aber nicht sicher ob sie auch diesen samstag geöffnet haben oder nicht? I still have questions. They are also open on Saturday January 1st because I would like to go there with a friend of mine, but I am not sure whether they are also open on Saturday or not?

Bei meinem heutigen Spaziergang, ist mir dieser Laden besonders aufgefallen. Schöne Bilder und die Optik des Ladens, haben mich förmlich reingezogen. Nach einer sehr netten Beratung hatte ich nun meinen ersten Bubble Tee / Shake in meiner Hand … WOW .. was eine mega schöne Optik und was ein Geschmack … jetzt werd ich wohl öfters mal vorbei laufen und mich reinziehen lassen ?? Mein Fazit: ------------------- Ambiente: 5/5 Preis/Leistung: 5/5 Freundlichkeit: 5/5 Sortiment: 5/5 Sauberkeit: 5/5 Geschmack: 5/5 Wartezeit: 5/5 Meine Verbesserungsvorschläge: - alles top .. What a mega inviting, cute little shop. I have to say that I am an absolute newbie to bubble tea. During my walk today, I particularly noticed this shop. The beautiful pictures and the look of the shop literally drew me into it. After a very nice consultation, I now had my first bubble tea / shake in my hand ... WOW .. what a mega beautiful look and what a taste ... now I will probably walk by more often and let myself be drawn in ?? Bei Nachfrage gabs immer nur eine Entschuldigung und kein Ersatz wurde angeboten. Heute hatten wir um 19:20 bestellt um 21:30 kam die Lieferung, von 3 Tees. Strawberry Bobas oft nicht lagernd. Sollte eigentlich bei so einer großen Kette nicht passieren. Actually great, unfortunately we have often received something wrong because the other was no longer available. When asked, there was always only an apology and no replacement was offered. Today we ordered at 7:20 p.m. and the delivery came at 9:30 p.m. of 3 teas. Strawberry Bobas often out of stock. Shouldn't really happen with such a large chain.
H	Hannes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warte nun seit über 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung. Es hebt keiner mehr ab da es schon geschlossen ist. Laut Mjam sollte die Lieferung 50min dauern! Seit Wochen keine Strawberry Bobas verfügbar. Stattdessen geben sie einem dann immer irgendwas, ohne Nachfrage. Wenn man dann anruft gibts immer nur Entschuldigung, wird nicht mehr passieren. Hab früher gern und oft bestellt aber war dann jetzt auch das letzte Mal! I've been waiting for my order for over 2 hours now. No one picks it up as it's already closed. According to Mjam, the delivery should take 50 minutes! No Strawberry Bobas available for weeks. Instead, they always give you something without asking. If you then call, there's always only an excuse, it won't happen again. I used to like to order often, but that was the last time!

What still can be improved is that the music in the shop is quite loud, so feel like you have to shout while ordering, and sometimes they will still add ice even though you ask them not to (also write no ice on the label). I hope they keep up the good work and and improve more
