Würden sofort wieder hingehen! super competent and nice staff. Immediately responded to requests and adapted the bubble tea accordingly. Would go again in a heartbeat!

Waren um kurz nach 9 Uhr dort ( sie öffnen um 9) und uns wurde gesagt es gibt nur 1 Drink zur Wahl alles andere dauert 30-60 Minuten. Sehr unprofessionell!!! Guter Preis, schmeckt sehr gut hatten den Dalgona und Oreo Drink beide sehr voll Geschmack und nicht künstlich. Etwas eingeschränkte Auswahl an boba Geschmäckern aber dafür sehr freundlich und schnell. Update: went back today because we had such a good experience yesterday. We were there shortly after 9am (they open at 9am) and we were told there was only 1 drink to choose from, everything else would take 30-60 minutes. Very unprofessional !!! Good price, tastes very good the Dalgona and Oreo drink both had very full flavor and not artificial. Slightly limited selection of boba flavors but very friendly and fast.
m	mochi oo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Idee und guter geschmack, Preis zwar etwas hoch aber von Rohstoffe und was man bekommt kann man nichts sagen, gute qualität. Aufdringlich laute Musik aber das hat nicht zu stören. Nettes und rasch arbeitendes personal. Zu den Desserts kann ich nicht viel sagen da ich sie nicht ausprobiert hatte mochi 7 euro und verschiedene toppings. Nice idea and good taste, price a bit high but of raw materials and what you get you can't say anything, good quality. Intrusive loud music but that didn't bother us. Nice and fast working staff. I can't say much about the desserts as I hadn't tried them, mochi 7 euros and various toppings.

Man gewinnt bei einem Gewinnspiel und dann bekommt man die falsche Karte (da geht es absolut ums Prinzip) dann möchte man die Karte umtauschen und dann wird einem noch gesagt das es nicht in allen Filialen zum einlösen ist sondern nur in 2 Filialen. Also das hätten sie gleich dazu schreiben und sagen müssen dann wäre ich nicht herum gefahren um die Karte zu bekommen. Auf Insta bekommt man dann weder eine Entscheidung noch etwas anderes als Antwort mal so für mich ein absoluter fail und natürlich bin ich ziemlich sauer. Und was ich mit der Karte machen soll ist ihnen auch egal zumindest keine Antwort sondern nur ein Herz auf meine Frage. Naja wegwerfen halt. Sehr sehr schade I am very disappointed. You win in a raffle and then you get the wrong card (it's absolutely a matter of principle) then you want to exchange the card and then you are told that it cannot be redeemed in all branches but only in 2 branches. So you would have had to write and say that right away, then I would not have driven around to get the card. On Insta you don't get a decision or anything else as an answer, so for me an absolute fail and of course I'm pretty angry. And they don't care what I should do with the card, at least no answer, just a heart to my question. Well just throw it away. That's really a pity

Er schmeckte wie frischer Teig. Schade, dass es 5,90 Euro gekostet hat. ? That was today, December 10th, 2021, and there could have been a new employee. I ordered "Apple pie". The eggs in the tea weren't ready yet. It tasted like fresh dough. It's a shame that it cost 5.90 euros. ?

Echt top ?? Die bubble teas sind auch echt lecker ?? I was in the shop today to get myself a bubble tea and I really have to praise the shop, a lot of choice and a super nice lady served me ... Really great ?? The bubble teas are also really tasty ??

We wanted to buy some bubble tea but these girls were dancing while recording themselves??? Like who would like to come and buy if workers are all busy on their phones like don't you have a policy or something???? So unprofessional!!!
