It's a good more affordable bubble tea. The tapioca pearls are good, but the fruit ones I do not recommend they have a weird consistency. Buy the traditional milk tea with tapioca it's the best from them!

Very chill place with good variety of different teas. Fruit tea, milk tea, etc. All with bubbles of your choice. Staff also seems pretty friendly and has never ever messed up an order of mine or disappointed me in any way. My friend, who's there literally daily, also has never experienced anything disappointing there. Also, the location is great since it's easily accessible (basically next to a busy subway station). Constantly go there and won't stop anytime soon!

I was the only customer there and staff looked unfriendly and doesn’t seem like they want to serve me. No smiles, only frowns. I had trouble choosing a flavour as they have a lot of “abnormal” flavours for a bubble tea place and took my time, they looked impatient, offered no recommendations and wanted me to order quick. Taste was boring and nothing to shout about. Not authentic, feels like a cheap replacement of what a true boba is in Asia. Will not go back. I’ll make my own boba. Service can definitely be improvised! :)

This is indeed the first bubble tea store I’ve ever tried in Vienna and had to throw it away after a couple sips. I felt bad for wasting food but the chai milk tea I had was simply tasteless. Well, there was a bit of chai aroma in there. Boba pearls were not good by any standard. I also recall that they put up a sign claiming that it’s “organic” but saw an array of flavor syrup bottles on the shelf that is far from organic. And I know for a fact that the condiment selections are not organic either. So, no, thank you. Note: I compare all bubble teas based on my experience with The Alley Tea House in south East Asia. I actually tried gazillion brands but use The Alley as a reference here because they‘re quite spread out world wide now too. I’ll add a photo later.

It's very delicious. The favorite thing is that the original milk tea staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. They will often bring friends to visit. Verynice!???

The best bubble tea in Vienna! Great service (even in English, which is not that usual for a German speaking country), affordable pricepoint and a great selection of options ??✨
