★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Studentenheim, wo die Räume eher einer schönen kleinen Garcionerre ähneln als ein typisches Studentenzimmer. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen und sein Studentenleben genießen. Sehr zentral gelegen mit einer trotzdem sehr ruhigen und grünen Lage. Nette Nachbarn und ein sehr angenehmes Mietverhältnis.
Very nice student residence, where the rooms are more like a nice little Garcionerre than a typical student room. Here you can feel comfortable and enjoy your student life. Very centrally located with a very quiet and green location. Nice neighbors and a very pleasant tenancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a training session here. There are a lot of small offices here. Nice cafeteria. There is a hofer nearby which is convenient. You can take bus 6 to reach from main station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am loving my room. It is very spacious and clean. Although not as budget-friendly as the others around, I got everything covered here. From wifi, water, electricity, safety.. and convenience. My classes are just around here in TechnoZ area and there's a Hofer(supermarket) nearby. The Uni Salzburg campus here is also nearby (for library and other uni purposes).
I love to walk, so I do not mind the 15 min walk to Salzburg Hbf if I need to. Buses have a direct dropoff/pickup point nearby too (Science City). Lots of nearby access points actually.
The area is very green and quiet so far. All in all, very lovely garconiere. It has become a hobby to decor the room now (rip wallet in IKEA) ?? Also I love how other residents are sharing items "verschenken" in the lobby. That is so cool. The management team are very active and helpful too. This place is really recommended.
