Der Heimleiter war unfreundlich, unhöflich. Seine Benehme war unannehmbar.
Unfortunately, I can't give 5/0, so 5/1.
The home manager was rude, impolite. His demeanor was unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Studentenzimmer für 1 Monat gebucht. Zimmer war sauber und wird jede Woche vom Personal geputzt. WC sowie Dusche waren am Gang aber es gab nie eine "Warteschlange". Nebenbei gibt es auch im Keller eine Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu waschen/trocknen sowie einen Fitnessraum. Außerdem Gemeinschaftsküchen sowie Räume. WLAN sowie Ethernetkabel für den Anschluss inkludiert. Personal war immer in der Rezeption zu erreichen und ist äußerst hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko ist dass es öfters in heißen Tagen eine enorme trockene Hitze in Zimmer ist wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind.
1 student room booked for 1 month. Room was clean and cleaned every week by the staff. Toilet and shower were on the corridor but there was never a "queue". By the way, there is also a possibility in the cellar to wash / dry the laundry and a fitness room. In addition, communal kitchens as well as rooms. WLAN and Ethernet cable included for the connection. Staff was always in the front desk to reach and is extremely helpful. The only drawback is that it is often in hot days an enormous dry heat in the room when the windows are closed.
