Ich bin gehbehindert und Medikamente die nachbestellt werden mussten, hat man mir zur Wohnungstuere gebracht. Vielen Dank Helga Musil No matter what problems I had, I was always given competent and friendly help. I am unable to walk and medication that had to be reordered was brought to the door of my apartment. Thank you Helga Musil

Klasse behandelt - somit ziehe ich es in Zukunft vor meinem privat bezahlten Coronatest in einer anderen Apotheke durchführen zu lassen. Und zwar auch dann noch, wenn es nicht mehr nötig ist, sich für jeden Friseurbesuch testen zu lassen und auch dann noch, wenn die Krankenkassen nicht mehr für die Testung bezahlen. Verstehen sie mich nicht falsch, ich will weder bevorzugt behandelt werden noch vorgereiht, aber es ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, dass ihre Mitarbeiterin jetzt zum 3. Mal hintereinander willkürlich Personen an mir vorbeireiht. Bedanken möchte ich bei dem jungen männlichen Mitarbeiter? bei dem infolge 5 maliger Testung derlei NIE passiert ist. ... unfortunately I have now been treated 3 times by your employee at the corona test as a 2nd or 3rd class customer - so I prefer to have my privately paid corona test carried out in another pharmacy in the future. Even if it is no longer necessary to be tested for every visit to the hairdresser and even if the health insurance companies no longer pay for the test. Do not get me wrong, I do not want to be given preferential treatment or to be ranked first, but it is incomprehensible to me that your colleague is now randomly lining up people past me for the third time in a row. I would like to thank the young male employee? where such a thing NEVER happened as a result of 5 tests.

Reine Profitgier und mangelnde Beratung- finde ich nicht optimal als Kundin. Often times, when you want to buy something specific, you are pushed to buy additional products as well. Pure greed for profit and a lack of advice - I find it not ideal as a customer.
A	Adam Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmste Apotheke ever ! Die sind nur am Quaseln ein Medikament bei dene zu kaufen dauert allein mal 10-15 Minuten , wenn du bereits am Schalter dran bist. Die Tests bei denen (PCR) sind nur ein Witz als erstens , wissen die garnicht wie man die Tests ausführt, nur mit dem Wattestäbchen die Zunge antupfen ist kein Rachenabstrich !!! Nur bei denen dauert es Tage lang bis das Testergebnis vorliegt. !!!!! Worst pharmacy ever! They are just chattering. Buying a medicine from them alone takes 10-15 minutes when you are already at the counter. The tests where (PCR) are just a joke, first of all, they don't know how to do the tests, just dabbing your tongue with a cotton swab is not a throat swab!!! Only for them does it take days for the test result to be available. !!!!!

Eu estava hospedada no hotel Rioca Vienna Posto 2 quando fui comprar máscaras e fazer o teste de COVID-19. It's a great pharmacy. Good service and assortment. The staff are efficient and well trained. I would come back here for sure! I was staying at the Rioca Vienna Posto 2 hotel when I went to buy masks and get tested for COVID-19.

Beratungsgespräche finde ich sind sehr wichtig auch wenn sie länger dauern. Die Damen machen das hervorragend. Ich kann diese Apotheke nur empfehlen ❤️ It's always a pleasure to see the staff working hard and advising customers. Terrific. I think consultations are very important, even if they take a long time. The ladies are doing great. I can only recommend this pharmacy ❤️
