★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da bei uns in Vorarlberg das Angebot für den Flügeltransport meiner Frau inakzeptabel war, ging ich auf die Suche und "Googelte". Da kam ich auf die Firma Lebinger. Nach einem sehr freundlichen Telefonat, hatte ich ein Angebot und zwei Terminvorschläge, da noch nicht sicher war ob sie bei ihrer nächsten Sammelfahrt nahe genug an Vlbg. kommen. Doch der erste Termin hat geklappt. Beim Abholen hatte ich keine Bedenken, dass der Flügel über die Stiege geht. Beim Ziel jedoch, gibt es ein sehr enges Eck im Stiegenhaus und ich hatte einen Autokran auf Bereitschaft organisiert. Herr Lebinger hat sich das aber angeschaut und gemeint, dass es gehen müsste. Sein fachmännisches Auge hat ihn auch nicht getäuscht. Es war wirklich sehr eng, aber die zwei haben den Flügel wieder in den ersten Stock gebracht. Respekt vor der großartigen Leistung. Somit hab ich mir die Kosten für den Kran gespart. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich auf eine so gute Firma gestoßen bin und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals.
As the offer for the wing transport of my wife was unacceptable in Vorarlberg, I went searching and "Googelte". That's when I came to Lebinger. After a very friendly phone call, I had an offer and two suggested dates, as it was not sure if they were close enough to Vlbg on their next collecting trip. come. But the first appointment worked. When picking up, I had no qualms about the wing going over the stairs. At the finish, however, there is a very narrow corner in the stairwell and I had organized a mobile crane on standby. But Mr. Lebinger looked at it and said that it had to work. His expert eye did not deceive him either. It was really tight, but the two brought the wing back to the first floor. Respect for the great performance. So I saved the costs for the crane. I am very glad that I came across such a good company and I can only recommend it. Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe inzwischen schon zwei Pianinos mit Lebinger transportieren lassen, und es hat beide Male super funktioniert! Jemanden negativ zu bewerten, nur weil die Firma nicht sofort auf eine Anfrage reagiert hat, ist stark überzogen, finde ich. Auch ich habe letztens zweimal anrufen müssen, weil der Chef soviel zu tun hatte, dass er den Rückruf vergessen hat - sowas kann bei einem kleinen Unternehmen schon einmal vorkommen. Als wir den Abholungs- und Zustellungstermin schließlich fix vereinbart hatten, wurde dieser vorbildlich eingehalten und das Klavier pünktlich zugestellt. Dabei wussten die Männer ganz offensichtlich auch, wie sie mit dem Instrument umzugehen haben - denn, das ist schließlich etwas anderes, als Umzugskartons zu schleppen.

I also had to call twice recently because the boss was so busy that he forgot to call you back - something like that can happen at a small company. When we finally agreed on the collection and delivery date, it was adhered to in an exemplary manner and the piano was delivered on time. The men obviously also knew how to use the instrument - after all, that's different from lugging moving boxes.
