Eine bodenlose Frechheit... sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt... das wird Konsequenzen haben.. Wahnsinn schreit herum wie eine irre ... schlimm das so etwas da arbeiten darf Extremely unfriendly staff you are shouting at the phone and displayed .. A bottomless impudence ... D	DJ Stoeger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Freundin ist aus Deutschland und musste dort hin um Photos abzugeben um eine neue E-Card zu beantragen. Das war am 25.11.2021 - gestern, am 4.1.2022, wurde ein Mail hingeschrieben, weil die E-Card immer noch nicht angekommen ist. Die lapidare Antwort "es dauert 10 Tage". Wer sich also wundert warum seine E-Card nicht ankommt... besser anrufen/hinschreiben. PS: Warum man in Zeiten von Covid und Internet ein Photo physisch abgeben muss und dabei mit 30-40 anderen Menschen in einem Warteraum eingepfercht wird, ist mir leider völlig schleierhaft. Wenn man bedenkt, dass es eigentlich einen EU-Bürger-Gleichbehandlungsgrundsatz geben sollte, würde ich das unter die Kategorie Diskrimination/Schikane einordnen. Zudem ist es gesundheitsgefährdend! My girlfriend is from Germany and had to go there to hand in photos to apply for a new e-card. That was on November 25th, 2021 - yesterday, on January 4th, 2022, an email was written because the e-card still hasn't arrived. The succinct answer "it takes 10 days". So if you are wondering why your e-card is not arriving ... better call / write down. PS: Why you have to physically hand in a photo in times of Covid and the Internet and be cooped up in a waiting room with 30-40 other people is unfortunately completely a mystery to me. If you consider that there should actually be an EU citizens' principle of equal treatment, I would classify that under the category of discrimination / harassment. It is also dangerous to health!
