I was totally amazed by their after-sales service: After one of the felt pads for floor protection fell of on a Sunday morning, I contacted their after-sales personnel by e-mail, hoping to get a response within a week. Instead I was contacted just two hours later and had a very nice exchange with the responsible person, how organised for the exchange parts to be sent out the next day.
I never would have dreamed such a service even existed! Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Team7 kitchen in 2006 that was discontinued in 2015. Still, Team7 provided me with a technical drawing that I was looking for today, and even complete assembly instructions. The kitchen is still in great shape. I appreciated this customer service enormously.
