Ich muss schon sagen, es passiert heutzutage selten, dass sich jemand so viel Zeit nimmt und einem sämtliche Rucksack Einstellungen erklärt und auch die Unterschiede zwischen den ganzen Rucksack-Modellen. Mir ist so ein netter Laden, wie einer der Rezensenten hier schrieb allemal lieber, bei dem man als Kunde noch geschätzt wird, also große unpersönliche Sporthandelsketten, bei denen kein Mensch für irgendwas zuständig und dann noch bei jeder Frage überfordert ist.
I bought the TrekBag 70 trekking backpack there. I have to say, it rarely happens nowadays that someone takes so much time and explains all backpack settings and the differences between the whole backpack models. I am such a nice shop, as one of the reviewers wrote here, where one is still valued as a customer, i.e. large impersonal sports retail chains, where no one is responsible for anything and then overwhelmed with every question.

Es gab keine Probleme beim zurück senden und er gab mir sehr viele Rabatte, außerdem habe ich ein Produkt geschenkt bekommen und ich wurde gut behandelten!
