Er hatte vom Bundesverwaltungsgerichtshof eine Anberaumung einer mündlichen Verhandlung am 28. Jänner 2020 per Mail erhalten und mir am 18.Februar per Mail weitergeleitet, so dass ich keinerlei Vorbereitung mehr treffen konnte. Er hat mir diesen Termin und überhaupt diesen Ausgang 21 Tage vorenthalten. Für solche Vorgehensweisen muss man keinen Anwalt konsultieren. Ich kann diese Kanzlei ist nicht empfehlen!

He had received an oral hearing from the Federal Administrative Court on January 28, 2020 and forwarded it to me on February 18, so that I could no longer prepare.
