★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service in the front. They explained to us everything in details and gave us suggestions. Also we took photos and they hung them on their cute collage wall. The teas are good. Amazing atmosphere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very chill, super nice staff, great tea. When it comes to toppings, especially the cream cheese topping is one of the nicer creme cheese toppings I've tasted so far. Everything they sell is top notch and freshly made. I can highly recommend everything, you can't go wrong no matter what you order. Though there is room for improvement on the menu in general, but it will expand over time, I'm fairly certain.
The new location is roomier by far than the original location, and the decoration is gorgeous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the first time yesterday with friends & immediately today again with another friend. Both drinks were delicious and the staff was super friendly! (I even got recognised for having been there yesterday ?) Plus the location is beautifully decorated so you can take pictures there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sadly changed the milk they use or something. The drinks feel empty, they should at least give a choice of full fat/skimmed milk.
This WAS the best place in Vienna to get bubble tea but now… anything else is better. So go to Ichiban or Find Tea, they still do it right.
