I	Ida Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bei Frau Dr. Unden über ein halbes Jahr in Behandlung. Sie ist eine sehr kompetente Ärztin, welche sehr gut zuhört und die Probleme der Patienten ernst nimmt. Ich war aufgrund meiner Beschwerden schon bei mehreren Ärzten in Behandlung, letztendlich hat mir Frau Dr. Unden durch ihre Therapie ( Akupunktur und Kräutertherapie) sehr geholfen.Die Umgebung habe ich als sehr angenehm empfunden und ich konnte mich dort während den Sitzungen gut erholen. Die Termine konnten auch kurzfristig vereinbart werden und ich bin auch jedes Mal pünktlich ohne Wartezeit drangekommen. Mein Fazit: Ich kann Frau Dr.Unden nur weiterempfehlen!! P	Paige Janssen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war nur 8 Minuten zu spät, weil mich Google Maps auf die andere Seite der Landstraße Hauptstraße brachte und ich rief 10 Minuten vor meinem Termin an, um zu sagen, dass ich mich etwas verspäten würde. Sie sagte, es sei kein Problem. Also laufe ich schnell zum richtigen Ort und mir wurde unhöflich gesagt, dass ich jetzt zu spät sei und an einem anderen Tag wiederkommen müsse. Das hätte man mir am Telefon sagen sollen. Es gibt auch keinen Grund, besonders in diesen Zeiten unhöflich zu sein. I was only 8 minutes late because Google Maps took me to the other side of the main road and I called 10 minutes before my appointment to say I was a little late. She said it wasn't a problem. So I run to the right place quickly and I was rudely told that I was late now and would have to come back another day. I should have been told that on the phone. There is also no reason to be rude, especially during these times.
M	Martin Fruehstueck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich fand die Ärztin früher gut und war oft dort. Seit Umzug in die neue Ordination war jedoch keine angenehme Behandlung mehr möglich. Der ebenerdige Behandlungsraum ist von der direkt angrenzenden Bushaltestelle nur durch offene Fenster-Klimageräte getrennt. Trotz vieler freier Termine wirkt das Personal auf mich überfordert. Empathie war irgendwann nicht mehr wahrnehmbar und die Kommunikation hat sich zunehmend verschlechtert. Die Behandlungspreise wurden angehoben, die Leistungen im selben Zug aber reduziert, zum Beispiel muss ich TCM-Rezepturen neuerdings selber digitalisieren und an die Apotheken senden sowie Fragen dazu zurück an die Ärztin vermitteln und umgekehrt. Auch der neue Umgangston passt für mich leider nicht mehr zu einer ganzheitlichen Wahlarztpraxis. I used to think the doctor was good and went there often. Since moving to the new practice, however, pleasant treatment was no longer possible. The ground-level treatment room is only separated from the directly adjacent bus stop by open window air-conditioning units. Despite many free appointments, the staff seems overwhelmed to me. At some point, empathy was no longer perceptible and communication became progressively worse. The treatment prices have been raised, but the services have been reduced at the same time. For example, I now have to digitize TCM prescriptions myself and send them to the pharmacies as well as convey questions about them back to the doctor and vice versa. Unfortunately, the new tone of voice no longer suits me to a holistic medical practice.
