Excellent veterinarian!

So friendly and helping staff.

Great veterinarian experience. They know some English which is useful. I am looking forward to bringing my dog back.

The receptionist in pink in the photo have no love for animals. Not friendly at all.

I've been bringing my cat to Tierklinik Neulinggasse for the past 2.5 years and they've been wonderful in treating any ailments she's had. The staff were all very kind and patient as well!

the receptionist is NOT polite at all!! she seems to hate animals and people! she has an attacking tone and made me burst in tears because I asked a question about my pet.

Great doctor and staff , patient , friendly and helpful , love for the animals , my cat usually is really scared but here she was quite and super chill, highly recommended.

The entire staff is absolutely horrible and incredibly unfriendly. Even on the phone. We went there because my dog collapsed and they were the only veterinary clinic that offered immediate blood tests (without sending them off). My dog had a history of cancer. We gave the vet a complete history plus her last test results and scans. He didn't even properly look at her. He found a tick and was immediately like "must be a virus, nothing serious" and sent us off with a €200 bill for 10 minutes. We went back 1 week later and I said that we refuse to leave until he does all the proper tests and finds out what is wrong. They left us waiting for 3h and tried to send us off again! At the end of the day, they found that her cancer had spread everywhere and we had max. a couple months left. When I called back the next day with some more questions I had to badger the receptionist for her to get me a doctor. Turns out Dr. Kofler went on holiday for 4 weeks and didn't leave any information on my dog with his staff. This was not even 24h later! They didn't know what dog I was talking about, they didn't listen when I said we were just there yesterday and the other vet didn't even take the initiative to look up my dogs chart to cover her incompetence. Do not bring your pet here! They do not care about patients. They are incompetent and just after a quick bug.
