J	Jan 1977 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Herr Lang ist ein guter Arzt aber die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr unfreundlich.Die eine kennt sich garnicht mal aus.Erstens komm ich rein und keiner begrüsst mich, dann warte ich daneben der nächste kommt herein geht zum schalter weil sie sich kennen und kommt vor mir dran.Da wirst nicht angesprochen und kannst bis morgen warten.Am ende wirst abgewiesen weil du angeblich von einem anderen Arzt kommst.Schade für den Arzt Mr. Lang is a good doctor but the ladies at the reception are very unfriendly. One of them doesn't even know what he is. First I come in and no one greets me, then I wait next to them comes before me. There will be no address and can wait until tomorrow. In the end you will be rejected because you supposedly come from another doctor. Too bad for the doctor

Außerdem beschimpft er seine pasienten auf der gröbste wenn man wagt ihn zu widersprechen. Nie wieder!!! His admission should be taken away. A pill doctor who has stood still in time. K	Kati Gr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetenter, zuvorkommender und sehr freundlicher Arzt. Er nimmt sich für seine Patienten Zeit. Dennoch sind nicht so lange Wartezeiten. Wirklich Top!! Very competent, courteous and very friendly doctor. He takes time for his patients. Still, the waiting times are not that long. Really great !!

Aber seit er die neuen Damen im Empfang hat ist es wirklich eine Qual einen Termin oder so auszumachen... unfreundlich hoch 10, teilweise einfach inkompitent... I've been with the doctor since he took Dr. Heart has taken over. A very good and kind doctor. But since he has the new ladies at the reception it's really been a torture to make an appointment or something ... unfriendly to the power of 10, sometimes simply incompetent ...

Ganz egal, ob für eine Untersuchung oder eine Befundbesprechung. Very competent and friendly. No doctor who can get you off quickly with a prescription of any kind. He always takes his time! No matter whether for an examination or a discussion of findings.

Einzig die Rezeptionistinnen hab en mal einen schlechten Tag und sind etwas pampig am Telefon aber das kann überall vorkommen. Wenn viel los ist kann es schonmal vorkommen dass man eine Weile warten muss aber er nimmt sich nunmal Zeit für seine Patienten, was ja ansich eine gute Sache ist. Very friendly doctor whom I have been with since childhood. Only the receptionists have a bad day and are a bit sloppy on the phone, but that can happen anywhere. When there is a lot going on it can happen that you have to wait a while but he takes time for his patients, which in itself is a good thing.
J	Jennifer Tesar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einiger Zeit habe ich überlegt von Doktor Lang zu einem anderen Arzt zu wechseln,habe mich aber dann entschieden doch bei lang zu bleiben,doch heute verweist er mich seiner Praxis und verweigert meine Behandlung und das nur aufgrund meiner Überlegung den Arzt zu wechseln was kein trifftiget Grund ist einen Patienten abzulehnen. ,,Die besondere rechtliche Verpflichtung ist im Vertragsarztrecht (Kassenarztrecht) begründet. Diesem unterliegen Ärzte, die Patienten auf Kosten der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung versorgen. Auch im Vertragsarztrecht sind Arzt und Patient Vertragspartner. Vertragsärzte haben allerdings das Recht, eine Behandlung abzulehnen, wenn es einen triftigen Grund dafür gibt.'' Also meine Überlegung den Arzt zu wechseln ist kein triftiger Grund einen Patienten abzulehnen. Dr.Lang falls sie das Lesen ich werde bei der Ärztekammer Beschwerde gegen sie einreichen, und außerdem würde ich sie bitten mit ihrem Hund nicht immer auf der Hunde verbotswiese am sebastianplatz Gassi zu gehen ich wohne dort und da stehen Hundeverbotsschilder!
