★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher immer gerne bei Tchibo eingekauft aber diese Filiale nie wieder danke! Verkäuferin (mit gebrochen Deutsch) äußerst unfreundlich. Regelrecht aggressiver Unterton. Statt zu beraten vorwurfsvoll, wie man dies und das nicht wissen kann. Unmögliche Art. Denke nicht das es im Sinne der Firmenpolitik ist, das der Kunde verärgert das Geschäft verlässt!?
 So far, I've always enjoyed shopping at Tchibo, but never thank you again! Saleswoman (with broken German) extremely unfriendly. Really aggressive undertone. Instead of advising reproachfully how not to know this and that. Impossible way. Don't think that it is in the interests of company policy that the customer leaves the shop angry !?
