Qualität ist sehr gut, wenn doch mal was kaputt gegangen ist gabs immer eine gute Lösung. Very competent advice and support with LED and lighting concepts. Beratung vom jungen Mitarbeiter war bisher immer top, wegen ihm bin ich bis jetzt immer wieder gekommen. Leider ist der Geschäftsführer kein Verkaufstalent bzw. wenig um Kundenzufriedenheit bemüht wie mir scheint. Leider nicht die erste merkwürdige Beratung aber für mich Ausschlaggebend, dass ich nicht mehr vorbei komme war folgende Story. Im Onlineportal des Herstellers Dension ist TC-Painer für den Verkauf und Installation gelistet. Bei Nachfrage im Shop gabs zuerst die Antwort "gibts hier nicht" und danach "verkauf ich dir nicht". Schlussendlich bekam ich eine Nummer von jemanden der die Dinger angeblich einbaut, weil "es so viele Probleme damit gibt" und "ein Privater das sowieso nicht schafft". Also von den auf der Homepage gepriesenen Tugenden keine Spur (die da wären: "Kunden bieten wir Service wie bestmögliche Beratung und Hilfestellung bei Fragen zum Einbau auch nach dem Kauf"). Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, ich habe kurz mit dem Typen telefoniert, herausgefunden, dass er sich nicht auskennt, das Gerät bei Amazon bestellt, dort bekomme ich den selben Service und werde nicht blöd angeredet und mir das Ding eingebaut. Finally, I got a number from someone who allegedly incorporates the things, because "there are so many problems with it" and "a private that does not create anyway". So from the virtues praised on the homepage no trace (which would be there: "customers we offer service as best possible consultation and assistance with questions to the installation also after the purchase"). Long story short, I telephoned briefly with the guy, found out that he does not know, the device ordered from Amazon, there I get the same service and I'm not stupidly addressed and built me the thing. And yes it works!
