Aber wohl weil Frau traut er sich. Schande! Obendrein schon bei der Abholung missmutig und unfreundlich.. war’s der Chef persönlich? Eine schlechte Referenz für das Taxigewerbe! Zeit für Ihre Pension Herr Glück der nur Unglück bringt! Bitte suchen Sie sich einen anderen Beruf!! Hätte meine Partnerin begleiten sollen. Absolute fraud. Aber nein, als ich nach 23 Minuten anrufe meint er, er sei schon seit 10 Minuten weg und Richtung Wien zu einem neuen Auftag. Ich sitze wirklich 23 Minuten da und warte auf das Taxi, was dann einfach zum nächsten Auftrag fährt anstatt mir Bescheid zu geben I was told to wait 20 minutes for my taxi - I'm sitting at the Niedermarkt and waiting for a call that he would be there. But no, when I call after 23 minutes he says he has been gone for 10 minutes and is headed for Vienna for a new job. Nächstes Mal anderes TAXI und nie wieder dieses :( Taxi without the possibility of paying by card. Creeps there even though I'm in a hurry. Takes the track where nothing goes on. Excessive fare. Ein unfreundlicher Fahrer hat uns eingeredet, dass wir von Maria Gugging nach Höflein an der Donau über Klosterneuburg fahren muss, weil er, wenn er über Wördern fahrt nicht an seinem Taxistand vorbeikommt, dann muss er 25 Euro extra verrechnen. Verwirrt nahmen wir also den extra km auf uns und er kassierte ohne Taxometer am Ende 44 Euro. Via E Mail schilderten wir den Vorfall aber die Firma findet dies ganz normal. Werden hierzu eine Beschwerde bei der Innung einreichen und beim Verbraucherschutz. 44 euros for 9.4km. Never again!! No taxometer. An unfriendly driver persuaded us that we had to drive from Maria Gugging to Höflein an der Donau via Klosterneuburg, because if he didn’t pass his taxi stand via Wrogen, he would have to charge 25 euros extra. So confused, we took on the extra km and he ended up collecting 44 euros without a taxometer. We described the incident via email, but the company thinks this is quite normal. We will submit a complaint to the guild and to consumer protection.
