★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Essen war sehr gut. Portionen sind eher klein. Preise sind eher hoch. Mein Artischoken Salat war nur eine grössere Handvoll Salat und vier Stücke eines Artischoken Bodens mit vier Spalten Orange. Dafür 12 Euro zu verlangen finde ich zuviel. Topfenknödel waren ausgezeichnet. Eine Empfehlung. Fünf Sterne wenn Preise und Grösse der Portionen zusammenpassen.
 The food was very good. Portions are on the small side. Prices are rather high. My artichoke salad was just a large handful of lettuce and four pieces of artichoke crust with four wedges of orange. I think asking 12 euros for that is too much. Curd dumplings were excellent. A recommendation. Five stars if prices and portion sizes match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Wirtshaus "Markgraf" bietet in einem modernen, ansprechend eingerichteten Ambiente eine Auswahl wirklich deliziös zubereiteter Speisen.
In Anbetracht der "Haubenkochqualität" sind die Preise sehr angemessen.
Ein wirkliches Vergnügen!
The "Markgraf" inn offers a selection of really deliciously prepared dishes in a modern, attractively furnished ambience.
In view of the "toque quality" the prices are very reasonable.
A real pleasure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had mixed experiences here. Waitress is lovely. Desserts are nice. Mittagsmenü is decent when I've been there. I guess you pay a little more for it being a nice venue in a nice town but the food isn't exceptional.
Seems like the floor staff care more about the restaurant than the head cook from what I've heard from locals.
